AID GIVEN TO GUDAIBIYA FIRE VICTIMS

Friends, It has been nearly a month since we sent an update on the fire victims. The reason for the silence is that we did not want to jeopardise any benefits they would be receiving. Thanks to the generous donations we were able to provide each individual with BD 5, a bath towel, 3 pairs of trousers, 5 shirts/t-shirts, 1 pair of rubber slippers and some edible items. Our thanks to all those who spent many hours sorting, packing and delivering these items to the labour camp at Askar. Our special thanks to all the donors without whose help we would have never managed to give each person five Dinars which was gratefully accepted. We thank you for your support for the fire victims and also for the work of the ECC. We in turn pray that God may shower His blessings on all the victims, benefactors and volunteers The ECC Team |
