On behalf of our volunteers, I would like to extend our thanks and gratitude to all the churches, congregations and individuals who have so kindly contributed financially and spiritually to the work of our service to the poor of Bahrain.  Your support enables us to continue in this Mission which Christ has called us to do.  The Bible is our spiritual food, and God reminds us always to allow His word to be put into action in our daily lives.  This is what the E.C.C. is all about.  For those new to Bahrain, up-to-date information about our programmes are detailed on St. Christopher’s Cathedral web page. - see here....  

During the Christmas period, food hampers provided by Bahrain School students, were delivered to poor Bahraini and Asian families.  Winter clothes were distributed to OWWA ladies at the Philippine Shelter.  Clothes were donated to recent fire and Iran earthquake victims.  Eid clothes were donated to Bahrainis living in Sitra, and used clothes were distributed to Jannusan village, Sitra and Umm Al Hassam Islamic Society. A baby buggy was purchased for one of our very poor Charity |Centre customers which brought great joy to the family at Christmastime.
